Our refund policy is valid for 2 days from the date of purchase. After this period, refunds or exchanges are not available unless there is a valid reason for cancellation or the work has not commenced. If a refund is approved, a cancellation fee of 50% of the payment will be deducted. The inability to secure approval from the relevant authority will not be accepted as a justification for non-performance of the service. Refunds will not be issued for errors made by the user while providing their details
Fees paid on your behalf to third-party institutions, professionals, contractors, DSC charges, government agencies, banks, or NBFCs are non-refundable. To initiate a refund, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase and send an email to Arzpaycare@gmail.com including your order ID. Once we receive and review your refund request, you will be notified via email regarding its approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
If your refund hasn’t arrived, start by rechecking your bank account. Then reach out to your credit card company, as refunds can take time to reflect. Finally, get in touch with your bank, as processing delays may occur before the refund is credited.
If you cancel within two days of payment and the service has not yet been provided by Gsunite, you will be eligible for a full refund.
